Any fruit or vegetable used need not be grown by the entrant

Creaming Method

Ingredients
6 ozs (170g) Self Raising Flour
6 ozs (170g) Mixed Fruit
4 ozs (113g) Castor Sugar
4 ozs (113g) Margarine
2 Eggs
Milk / Water

Baking recommended at Gas Mark 4 or Electric 350ºF / 180ºC for approximately one hour
